Emmanuel took this photo after Kiloo made us New Year's Day lunch in his RV,and we put in a group effort, cutting and stacking wood and debris that had been piled up after the fire.
Spent last Sunday, a beautiful crisp New Years Day, with Emanuel, Kiloo, and Judy up at the goat farm – so much progress has happened since the fire, the land is looking good… now all it needs is a barn and place where Judy can live with the cats. (shelter is a priority because goats are pregnant and will start to have babies soon!)
Saw these as I was packing up the truck with the day's purchases and am still regretting not picking up a few… Something to look forward to on the next trip. (It takes three full days of scouring all the nooks and crannies at Quartzsite to find the best stones for #hdtsgemandmineral)
The last year has been so full of commitments to both work and family – needing these long hours of road time to stay sane… more now than ever. #priorities #hdtsgemandmineral
First trip of the year to Quartzsite – starting to stock up for the annual HDTS #gemandmineralexpo fundraiser – stay tuned!
