A-Z Escape Vehicle Drawings

The Escape Vehicle Drawings are sketches for promotional materials that describe various features of the Escape Vehicles. Rather than writing an artist statement, Zittel preferred to create advertisements, posters and promotional language for her works that illuminated the ideals and agendas both personal and cultural embedded in each work. As with almost all of her early works, there is a faintly discernible line between critique and full embodiment of these ideals.
