Food Prep Station A-Z West

The first kitchen at A-Z West didn’t have the usual appliances. It deconstructed what was necessary for the preparation and consumption of food: instead of an oven and stove, it had a table with a grill on it for two people could cook for themselves. The finished food was eaten out of the carved indentations in the table. When one finished eating, the indentations could be wiped clean with a dish cloth.
